Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made in full prior to training sessions or consultancy services.
Refund Policy:
Full refund is available if cancellation is requested 30 days or more before the scheduled training or service date.
Rescheduling Policy:
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled date, no refund will be issued.
Clients may reschedule the session once, provided rescheduling is requested at least 72 hours prior to the original session date.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of payment without the option for refund or rescheduling.
All content, materials, techniques, and intellectual property presented during training sessions or on our website are the exclusive property of Viriathus Group.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Participation in tactical and firearms training carries inherent risks.
By booking a session, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own safety and agree to sign any required waivers prior to participation.
Viriathus Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in training sessions or the use of our services.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all health, legal, and fitness requirements prior to training.
